As we are a service-based recruitment firm, 'Shipping' refers to the delivery of our services. Once you pay the registration or processing fee, the service is considered 'shipped' or 'initiated' when you receive a confirmation email or when your candidate dashboard is activated.
All service-related updates, offer letters, and visa documents will be delivered via your registered Email ID or available for download in your Candidate Dashboard. Physical documents (if any) like original visas will be sent via reputed couriers like DHL or BlueDart at the candidate's verified address.
Digital delivery of services is free of charge. If physical documents need to be sent internationally via courier, the charges will be communicated to the candidate beforehand.
