Important: Our goal is to provide high-quality recruitment services. Please read our refund rules carefully before making a payment.

1. Cancellation Policy

Candidates can request to cancel their registration before the document verification process starts. Once the documents are sent to the employer or embassy for processing, cancellation may not be possible.

In case of duplicate payments (transaction charged twice for the same service), the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at manpowerelite15@gmail.com with your Transaction ID and the reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Timeline for Refunds

Once approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your account via the original payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI) through Razorpay within 7-10 business days.
